Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Aevon Group LLC collects when you use this website, how that information is used and the choices you have. In short, the site collects only what you choose to give it.

What we collect

If you sign up for emails, we collect your email address. If you write to us through the Contact page, we collect your name, your email address and the message you send. We collect nothing else from you: there are no accounts, no orders and no payment details, because nothing is for sale yet.

How we use it

We use your email address to let you know when a volume arrives, and we use the details in a message to reply to it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own purposes.

Who else handles it

The site is hosted by Netlify, which receives the sign-up form and the contact form on our behalf and, like any host, keeps short-lived server logs that include the internet address a request came from. Nothing on this site is loaded from any other company.

What stays in your browser

The clock on the homepage works out the hour at the lake, and how far that is from your own, inside your browser and from its own clock, so nothing about where you are is sent to us.

The site also keeps a single note in your browser for the length of your visit, so that the opening on the homepage plays only once. It is not a cookie, it is not sent anywhere and it is gone when you close the tab. The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising scripts.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe, ask what we hold about you or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to matthew@aevongroup.com. We will do as you ask and confirm when it is done.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Aevon Group LLC, which is responsible for the information described in this policy.
