Privacy Notice

Aevon Group LLC operates aevongroup.com. This notice sets out what the site collects, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It is short because the site does very little.

What we collect

The site has two forms. If you enter an email address in the correspondence field, we receive that address and nothing else. If you write to the house through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you typed into it. We ask for nothing beyond that, and we collect nothing at all from anyone who only reads the site.

Submissions are handled and stored by Netlify, which hosts the site. Their handling is governed by their own privacy terms.

What stays on your device

Your bag, your wishlist and your account preference are kept in your browser's local storage under keys beginning aevon_. That data never leaves your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently.

The site sets no cookies.

What we do not do

• No analytics of any kind. We do not know how many people visit, or which pages they read.
• No advertising, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.
• No selling, renting or sharing of your address with anyone.
• No payment information is collected, because nothing on this site can currently take an order.

Third parties

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. As part of delivering them, Google receives your IP address and basic request information. We receive nothing from that exchange.

Links to Instagram lead off this site, and anything you do there is covered by their terms rather than ours.

Your correspondence

A letter goes out when a piece is finished or a volume is ready, which comes to two or three a year. Every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe, and replying to any of them reaches a person.

Removing your data

Write to matthew@aevongroup.com and ask. We will send you whatever we hold, which will be an email address, or delete it, usually the same week. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
